I can see it loads with all the divs and even the file but I cant view the slider.
Image has dimensions for example 0x0 (700x300)

    Hi,

Could you please try to change the theme of the webpage to see whether the issue may occur with some other theme too?

If the issue will be solved, please let us know which particular theme are you using.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

    Hi,

Actually I’m trying to develop custom theme that includes your Plugin.
Here is more information and printscreen.

    Hi,

    Thanks for printscreen.

Has the issue only appearing with the theme that you are trying to develop?

I will share the printscreen with the development team to see whether they can help in any manner.

However please, note that only with the printscreen it will be difficult. Though we will do our best!

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

    Hi,

Could you please, check whether you have added the wp_head() function in the theme’s header.php file.
The function is responsible for loading the Javascript and CSS. If the function is not there the slider will not load.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

I’m having the same issue, but I don’t think it is the <?php wd_slider(1); ?> tag in the header, which is what I’ve been doing as well, because even when I go to the Slider WD dashboard and look at my sliders in Preview, I get the same circle arrow rendering and no slides.

    Hi,

We apologize for the inconvenience. With a bit detailed information, we might be able to resolve this problem for you. Could I please ask you to check whether you have any js errors?
Could you please, also share the URL of the page with us?

    Thanks. Have a nice day.
