 * I have a question and have been getting very frustrated regarding this because
   whatever I search for is not what I am looking for .
 * I am looking to add a slideshow/slider plugin to my website. I do not want the
   slider to be in the front or with each post in the slide show.
    I want to a create
   a post with a slideshow of products (images) and next to each image is a description
   and a link to purchase the product. For example 10 best drugstore foundations
   and then I would have an intro to the post and under that the slider with image
   and description and then an arrow to go to next product and description.

 * I have tried to add different slider plugins but then get very confused about
   how i edit the image with a description.
    All the slider plugins seem to be for
   a home page or to promote other posts but not for individuals posts products.
 * Please help with this.

 * There are two slider plugins that come to mind for me:

   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/soliloquy-lite/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/soliloquy-lite/)
 * Soliloquy would be my choice. You could put the products inside the slider and
   use the generated shortcode to place the slider in a post or even a page.
 * That would be one way I can think of going about it.
