• I’m working on a staged site before I take it live but I’ve read where one other person had this issue and there was no solution. I’ve added two sliders and both were 1600×780 and they display perfectly if they are individual. Once I tell the theme to use both sliders, it crams them together on the same page. Is there a solution to this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @gwledford,

    We appreciate your writing in,

After inspecting your site we found that the issue is with JS which is not loading properly. To get rid of this issue you can try disabling all the plugins within your site and then check. Sometimes the issue might be caused due to plugin conflict.
You can then enable them one by one to locate the one causing the issue and let us know. You can refer to this link for more information regarding this: https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/detecting-a-faulty-plugin/

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance regarding this! 🙂

    Regards,

The first thing I did was disable all of the plugins. It didn’t resolve the issue. It’s definitely not a plugin.

    Hi @gwledford,

    Sorry for the delayed response,

Could you please provide the existing valid site URL link so that we can inspect your issue from our end. The staging site link you provided earlier is not working for us.

Please write us again with your valid site URL link and we’ll get back to you.

    With Regards,
    ThemeGrill Support Team
