I don’t understand. Please post a link to the site.
Hi there,
Here is the image Screenshot If you look at it, the height is not displaying properly and is cutting out part of the text and box.
It looks like a conflict with the theme. Go to the Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility tab. Try setting Ajax Page Loading to General. If that doesn’t help, try setting Load Event to “window load”.
If neither help, please start a private support ticket with a link to the page so I can see the underlying CSS and JavaScript.

Hi Chris,
I just tried all of that but it does not seem to have done anything. I am building the site locally so you would only be able to view the site when i am working on it via my laptop.
Resolved off-forum. For anyone with a similar problem, this was due to a conflict with the theme which has its own testimonials.
Sometimes, simple custom CSS is not enough due to the sequence in which the CSS is applied, especially with the testimonial slider and the adaptive height option.
We added some CSS to the child theme to reset its testimonial style so the plugin’s style would prevail. The load sequence: parent theme, child theme, plugin, custom CSS (via another plugin, the Customizer, page builder, etc.).
