 * i want to put big slider on the front page having two buttons on them. is that
   possible, which theme will be suitable for this?

 * Howdy. The easiest way to find suitable themes would be with the theme browser
   in WordPress Admin (or at wordpress.com). You can set a filter in the search 
   for a “post slider” that will list themes with this feature, and then you can
   look for the most suitable for your purpose.
 * There’s also other sites that offer downloadable themes for this, and can be 
   found on Google/Bing/etc…
