# Slide on close

 * My popup is configured to slide up from the bottom when triggered, but when I
   close the popup, it fades away. How do I get it to slide down when closing instead
   of fading? I read your [documentation](https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/454-popup-settings-box-display-option-settings),
   and it says that “Select the type and speed of animation to display when a popup
   closes. ” however this setting only seems to control how a popup opens, not closes.
