My goal is to show the email collection slide-in to users exactly one time per session. But I’m seeing the slide-ins show up multiple times when I’ve put in a behavior for them to only appear when the user has seen it < 2 times.

Do function correctly which tracking has to be enabled? I’d like to minimize this.

Additionally, Are there session/pageview based rules? So that a user can only see the slide-in after they have seen x pageviews?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @expireposts

    I trust all is well!

The Slide-in closing behavior is based on cookies, and these cookies can be expired after a certain amount of time that you will set.

Please edit the Slide-in and go to the Behaviour tab.Scroll to the “Closing Behavior” and choose either Do not show this message on this post / page or Do not show this message across the site. Right bellow choose the time to reset this behavior. Please see this screenshot:

If you still need assistance with this issue please feel free to re-open this thread by replying back.

    Kind regards,
