Slide-in and pop-up linking

Hi guys,
I wonder if its possible to have this situation…
I created slide-in with some text and CTA button and I also created popup with form in it. What I want is, after clicking button on slide-in to open up pop-up and to get info from form in pop-up to my email.

Guys, is this possible? If so, how can I link it to get it working?
