# Slashes being inserted automatically

 * I run a small business and am very new to editing websites so I am not very knowledgeable
   I’m afraid. I have had this problem ever since I downloaded Word Press. I searched
   it here and found many people to have the same problem. Slashes are automatically
   put in everywhere where there are apostrophes such as seen below. Can you please
   tell me how to fix this or why is this happening to so many of us? I used to 
   know a work around but it was very time consuming and fiddly.

 * I am using the Colorway Theme.
 * Here is an example of the problem…
