    Hello,

I am using the free version of the PixelYourSite plugin. For certain products I have size variations with a specific SKU for each variation. When generating the info for the pixel, the plugin doesn’t put the variation SKU but rather the general SKU for that product.

    How can I modify that?

Note: In the Woocommerce tab of the plugin, I have the ‘Treat variable products like simple products’ unticked and I am using the product SKU option.

Many thanks in advance for your help!!

    Hi,

If the option is unchecked the plugin should not behave as you describe, but should use the variation SKU instead.

We will need some more details to investigate this. Please send me a message here: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/documentation

    Hello,

Have you been able to have a further look at the case? I sent you the WooCoommerce report file but didn’t get an asnwer.

    Many thanks in advance!

Please send me the info again, for some reason I can’t find it.

By the way, in terms of matching using the default ID or the SKU has no real impact. Actually the ID is always the safest option, since it’s always present. So that’s what I recommend to use most of the time. Most feed plugins should be able to handle it too.

Hi! Thanks for your reply, I just forwarded it again to your email.
    Thanks again!

The problem is not confirmed, the content_ids works as expected.
