SKU short code or filter to email

    Hello,

    is it possible to add product SKU to email (short code or some filter)? We have few product with same name (but small difference) and if client contact us with question about coupon code we don’t know in which product is interested in.

    Hello @probadown,

    Apologies for the delay in response.

    You can add the product block in the recovery email, which shows the abandoned products with their name & SKU.

    Hello,

    thanks for your replay but I try with {{cart.product.table}} and get:
    Item (Picture)
    Name (Product name)
    Quantity
    Price
    Line Subtotal

    I try with this also {{cart.product.names}} and get only Name without SKU.
    Can’t get SKU in emails. What do you mean with “product block”?

    Hello @probadown,

    When you use the {{cart.product.table}} shortcode, the product name append with the SKU if your product has the SKU added.

    Can you please confirm once?

    The product block means the product table i.e {{cart.product.table}}.
