Hello @izna1993,
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal or ShipStation-related error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs
and choosing from the drop-down menu.
Look forward to hearing back from you.
Hi @izna1993
It seems like you’re using older version of the WooCommerce – ShipStation Integration plugin, try to update all your plugins with latest version and recheck it.
If it doesn’t work, then do you mind following the steps below and checking if you notice that product images are being imported into ShipStation?
1. Purge WP Rocket cache and temporarily disable the plugin
2. Deactivate server caching (if enabled)
3. Disable all plugins and leave only WooCommerce and WooCommerce – ShipStation Integration enabled
4. Switch the theme to Storefront
Make sure you have a full backup in place of your site and database before making any changes. You could consider using a service like Jetpack or installing a plugin like UpdraftPlus. If something goes wrong it’s nice to know that you can restore your site to the previous state.
If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging or using the staging facilities on your host if available.
Let us know how that goes.
