Please respond. This is urgent and skroutz has already rejected the feed, so we need to send a correct one back asap.
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. There is a brief tutorial on how to do this on our website. Please see: https://adtribes.io/creating-woocommerce-product-feed-skroutz/
We have followed your tutorial and the url created is not according to skroutz requirements, though rejected. For example a product that has two colors, brown and black shows two colors together and all available sizes, whereas skroutz wants each color of the product as a separate product with all available sizes for it. Can you do something to fix it? Because otherwise you shouldn’t mention that you support skroutz feeds.
So what is determining when it should be an unique product? We have been in contact with Skroutz before regarding their feed requirements multiple times and previously they confirmed something like this was alright:

So you are saying they have changed this and the above is not valid? Could you them please send us their official feed documentation where thats explained so we can investigate if we need to make changes to the plugin?
No they do not accept this anymore, they want each color separately for example
green
large,medium,small
red
large,medium,small

This is the documentation of skroutz, I have also sent a request and they did not accepted like that.
Could you fix it according to skroutz requirements?
I have put it on the to-do list for our developers to have a look at. Unfortunately this does sound like a major change in how products are handled by Skroutz and probably also an impact change on the code of our plugin so I cannot give you an ETA on this.
Ok please inform us when you have an update.
In fact skroutz wants every color variation to appear as a separate product, with all its available sizes. This could be established if next to each product’s url you added the attribute=pa color.
Thank you.
