Ok just installed latest version so you could see the problem, please let me know when you investigated, so I could bring back full gateways selections for my customers.

I downloaded the Skrill Official plugin and tried to install it on my personal site running on WooCommerce version 7.5.1. After activating the plugin, I can see it visible on my checkout page as you can see below:
