 * Hi,
 * thanks a lot. This plugin seems to be a real plus to my reader.
 * I’m playing around with it and have two questions:
 * a) Is there a way to translate “skip links” like “read more”?
    b) My theme uses
   the post id as main content id, like: post-2 or post-3. What should I fill in
   there?

 * That text can be translated using a translation file, although that requires 
   the entire WP admin be in that language. There are no completed translations 
   formthismplugin yet, however.
 * As to the post-id question, you’ll have to use the next container with an ID 
   out; the plugin doesn’t support variable ids.

 * I could translate it into German, but I can’t find the language files?
 * It’s really a pitty, but there’s no following ID in the content area, maybe I’ll
   add one manually.
