SKIP_CACHE_SET_COOKIE prevents caching

    By disabling plugins one by one, I finally found it’s this plugin that adds SKIP_CACHE_SET_COOKIE to the header. This prevents caching. My website’s TTFB thus rises to more than 2 seconds.

    I am not sure why this is needed. Is there any workaround?
