Skip to the last post in a topic

Hi,
If our visitors vist a topic, they always see the oldest post when the visit the topic.
How can i set that when a topic is clicked, the user gets to the last page en the last post of the topic?
And how can i set that when i want for exapmle to page 2 quickly? when there are more pages of a topic?
