Skip svgs?

Could you maybe add the small feature to check if the image is an svg and if it is just skip it instead of generating an error message as it does right now? (Or provide a filter to add this functionality) It would be very helpful, as on one hand there aren’t any redundant error messages anymore and on the other it would also speed up the process of looping through the media gallery.

A simple $image->post_type == "image/svg+xml" would be enough.
