Skin/Wp/ Cookiecheck Error

    I just had my site skinned. http://44caliberlove.com

    I looked for help. Didn’t find much that helped me specifically. The problem is when someone tries to comment; they can’t!

    They get this :

    Whats wrong? There is no space in <? in the cookiecheck file. So I’m lead to believe it is something else.
