# Sketchy engineering

 * OneSignal has some sketchy engineering. Dashboard numbers bounce all over the
   place, even dropping to zero sometimes. The explanation from support is that 
   they’re working on improving the program – I guess that means playing around 
   with a live site. Sort of a joke, really

 * I’m sorry you had a negative experience. I believe this may simply be a misunderstanding
   of how the metrics are shown on our dashboard. Since the numbers are calculated
   in real time, and designed to provide as much insight as possible, they may change
   as users subscribe, unsubscribe, or return to your website.
 * Our engineering and support team work hard to make sure that all users, free 
   and paid, receive prompt help. This is not always easy because we have so many
   clients, but we’re passionate about making sure everyone has a positive experience.
 * Our support and engineering team has reviewed the support response and will be
   taking this into consideration. In light of this, I hope you’ll reconsider this
   review.
