Skeptical at first – extremely good support

I have been around the block with a lot of WordPress plugins over the years and sometimes am a little jaded when contacting their support teams, but I have to say: without exagguration, Charitable Pro may have some of the best customer support I have ever received with a plugin.

Not only are they extremely responsive, but their help is super customized and personal to exactly what you were asking. No “copy-paste” form answers that you have to get through three levels of before they really start helping you. I’m wildly impressed with the customer attention they are providing in this plugin as well as the consistent helpful feature updates they are releasing for the plugin. Hopefully, if they keep releasing updates based on user feedback and continue to be so friendly and helpful via their support time, we will be using their plugin for years to come.
