 * How to decrease the vertical size of the background of the email opt-in? Or move
   the text upward, there’s a huge space between the image (which is up) and the
   text which is far beneath the image. Or how to enlarge the text?

 * I had a look at your site but I don’t see any spacing between image and text,
   did you get this sorted in the meantime?
 * If you’re still having this issue can you tell me which browser and OS you use
   so I can check if it’s specific to that?

 * I had to change the image. Now I have another problem. The opt-in does not work.
   I’ve tried to fill out some name and email address and no matter what I write
   it always replies “Invalid email address”.

 * I see that you have another email field below, for your comment section, I’m 
   wondering if that could be the cause.
 * Can you temporary disable that comment plugin so that field is no longer visible
   and then try subscribing again?

 * I’ve disabled every other plugin, refreshed the page and tried on Google Chrome
   and Microsoft Edge. It doesn’t work. There’s still the reply “Invalid email address”.

 * I’m sorry to hear that Hustle is not working correctly on your site 🙁
 * It is worth trying to delete and then again download plugin and see if issues
   are gone.
    Another reason might be conflict with another plugin that is working
   on your site – in this case we ask to perform plugin (also theme) conflict test.
