size form on a mobile phone

    Hello
    sorry, I’m not a computer specialist or webmaster, but a therapist.
    On my site, I created a Box in connection with mailchimp to allow people to register.

    On a PC screen it works fine.
    On a mobile phone, the form takes the full size and there is no button to close or to refuse registration.

    How is it possible to do.
