size content to viewport

    Google page speed insights and mobile friendly test is saying my site is not sized correctly for viewport. It says my site is 1,000 css pixels wide but viewport is 320 css pixels wide causing mobile users to scroll horizontally. I tested my site out on my own tablet and it looks fine. How do I fix this?
