I took a look and could see the image’s url as follows:
http://7lakesgolf.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/St.-Patricks-Day-FlierPop.jpg
The pop up is displaying that image in that size: 240 x 310
Is there a larger version of the image that you’re trying to use?
If so, when uploading the image, could you please have a look at the “ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS” and select “Full Size” for that?
Could you let me know how that works for you?

I deleted and redid the popup with a larger image – and now it is not working at all. I’m not sure what happened. You saw it work yourself. I configured it exactly the same, except with a larger image, and now I can’t get it to come up at all.

Could you please tell me what conditions have you set for the Pop Over?
I checked your site and found some JavaScript errors are occurring on the pages in your site which may be conflicting with the functionality of pop over.
Please try using the different pop over loading method from the following path.
Admin area -> Pop Overs -> Settings

Have you removed the pop up from the home page of your site http://7lakesgolf.com/ as i don’t see it there?
If yes then could you please activate it again so that i can test it.
Also please share me the screenshot of appearance settings of pop up you are using.
