Sitewide NoIndex NoFollow with per Instance Override.
I am an affiliate marketer.
Because of this I have a large amount of duplicate content on my websites.
Google’s panda really hurt me.
I believe I have a solution but need help to implement it.
I want to use the Robots.txt and set my complete website to NoIndex NoFollow.
Next I want to use a plugin like “WordPress Meta Robots” by Phillip Specht and mark only my unique content pages and posts and my homepage as Index Follow.
can this be done?
can anyone tell me how?
I know I can do it the opposite way by marking all duplicate content NoIndex NoFollow, but it would be much easier to mark 50 pages/post as Index versus 2000 pages/posts as NoIndex NoFollow
Thank you for reading this.
