siteurl & home warning in admin after 3.5 update, can't ignore

after the 3.5 update in wp4.2 this pops up on staging sites in all pages in /wp-admin/.

Ignore link doesn’t link to anything – in fact either does the 3rd link. I’d rather not click reconnect but.. how do we nuke this warning now?
