Sites Terribly Slow when (1) Plugin Enabled

    Ever since upgrading to 3.0.0, my sites have been slow and throttled by Bluehost.

    Everything works fine when ALL plugins are disabled. But even when I enable a “simple” plugin, like Hide Pages from Navigation, things slow down to a grind.

    How can I troubleshoot this? It definitely seems to be a database issue.
