Out of 8 sites only 2 folders are showing when I use a ftp program (Filezila or Transmit).

I even tried the Files search on my server and they don't show there either.

All the sites works and I can upload files (pictures movies etc) from there but just can't find the folder on the public_html.

i've look at my database and all are there.

Are these 8 separate, single installations of WordPress, or are the 8 sites all in a WordPress network installation (multi-user)?

If you're looking for pictures, movies that you've uploaded to your sites, you should look under:

    wp-content\uploads

    and

    wp-content\uploads\sites

I think that I am not explaining well.
I have a multisite at robimic.com (main site)
then I have an other one on my network called blogue.robimic.com which I can access through my FTP program
    but I also have photos.robimic.com and minmin.robimic.com
    and others

These sites (folders) don't show on my FTP program or on my files search of my server.

I know where my pictures movies etc goes they go in my blogs.dir of my wp-content

    Thanks for any help

What I was trying to point out was that in a regular multisite installation the sites are "virtual", they don't have their own folders (wp-admin|wp-content|wp-includes) like a single site does.

Some additional reference material that might be helpful: Multisite Network Administration - Uploaded File Path

    And as @Alin Marcu mentioned;

"A multisite network is a collection of sites that all share the same WordPress installation. They can also share plugins and themes. The individual sites in the network are virtual sites in the sense that they do not have their own directories on your server, although they do have separate directories for media uploads within the shared installation, and they do have separate tables in the database."
