Sites designed like Themes

Hello,

First of all, sorry for my bad English but i hope you guys understand what i Mean 🙂

I have the “One Pirate” Theme with two Buttons in the Big Header Screen.
My firm has two different factories. For example: Shoes an T-Shirts

When i Click on the Shoes button, it scrolls down to shoes and i get any information about shoes

now i want to click on Shirts, and open a new site. But i still need the Big Header and the croll down Mode like on the Theme Start Page.

so how can i Crate a Site that looks exactly like my Start Page Theme.
