My site has been hacked. My meta descriptions have all been changed to "Cheap luxury handbags are all sale on our website. There are so many beautiful Louis vuitton ,Gucci ,Chanel ,prada ,coach , Hermes ,Miu Miu handbags for you ." (prior to that I did not have meta descriptions). The hacked meta description is present in Google search results when I use a mobile phone or laptop. However, when I'm on a mobile phone and search for my site on Google, it redirects to http://www.luxury361.com. The redirect does not occur when I use a laptop.

I'm running the most up-to-date plugins and version of WordPress. How can I locate the hacked code and how do I remove it?

There is no automated way to find the hacker code. Someone will need to roll up their sleeves and put their sherlock cap on to find and remove the malware if any remain.

I worked on a similar issue this past week and were a few hidden back door scripts that caused the bad content in Google, as well as modifications to the .htaccess files in different directories.

You'll need to clear all these up, then submit a reconsideration request to Google (which takes from 4-10 days to clear up usually). See, http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35843
