    Hi @francescozaf1

Sometimes an installation can go wrong and leave an empty folder which prevents you from installing a plugin later. To fix this, log in with FTP and navigate to the folder wp-content/plugins and delete the siteorigin-panels folder.

After doing this, you should be able to install it.

Thanks Greg, I’ll look into the FTP login. I’ve never done it before so it may take me a while to do it…I’m a novice and I try to proceed with caution! Incidentally I have also downloaded the page build folder from the site origin website (currently sits on my downloads folder), but I guess I still need to access the server through FTP, right?

Just great, thanks very much Greg. I’ve deleted the old folder and re-installed page builder. I haven’t tried yet, I just need to get my head round it, but I’m sure it’ll work fine…
