Hi nbora,
It sounds like you’re using a custom TinyMCE that isn’t affecting our editor. Could you tell me the names of your plugins(or more specifically the TinyMCE plugin if you know)?

Hi Alexgso,
Thank you for the reply.
But I have just installed the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and not installed any TinyMCE Editor Plugin.
Do I need to installed any other plugin for it?
Additionally requiremnts if needed:-
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle version: 1.5.8
Wordpress Version: 4.4.2

Hi nbora,
Sorry, the reason why I thought you had installed a TinyMCE plugin is that the missing “icons” are not actually in the default WordPress editor which is what SiteOrigin uses. Could you take a screenshot of your plugins list?

Hi nbora,
Thank you. Could you also take a screenshot of what the editor normally looks like vs what you’re seeing?
I’m sorry if I’m being a pain. 🙁

Hi nbora,
I’m going to be honest… I did not know about this. Press the toolbar icon, and it’ll add those other options.
