    Hi Athanasiadis Evagelos,

    I think re-saving the permalink settings could work.

    If that fails, could you add this line to your Nginx configuration file?

    rewrite ^/sitemap\.xml$ /index.php?the_seo_framework_sitemap=xml last;

    That should always work :).
