 * Hello,
 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * Your Yoast-generated XML sitemap index is at [https://13tv.co.il/sitemap_index.xml](https://13tv.co.il/sitemap_index.xml).
   We loaded it and it works fine. [See image](https://pasteboard.co/K0DODKi.png).
 * Please clear your browser cache or re-check from another browser/device.

 * Hello!
 * Thanks for getting back. I was able to replicate the issue on my end.
 * First of all, can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress(
   5.7.1), Yoast SEO (16.2), as well as the latest version of your theme and ALL
   other plugins? Please also check that your site meets our [plugin requirements](https://yoast.com/help/plugin-requirements/).
 * If everything’s updated on your end and your site meets our plugin requirements,
   we need you to perform a conflict check.
 * The fastest way to do this is to **deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch
   to a standard theme** like [Twenty Nineteen](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/).
   So only the Yoast plugin is activated together with the Twenty-Twenty theme.
   Then load your sitemap. Does the issue occur? If not, reactivate your other plugins
   one at a time and check if the issue occurs again for every plugin reactivated.
   Lastly, switch to your theme.
 * Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend
   using the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.
 * As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like
   to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:
   [How to check for plugin conflicts](https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/).
 * If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve
   your issue, our [Yoast SEO Premium plugin](https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/)
   comes with one year of (technical) support.`

 * hi, yes most of the plugins are in house,
    it started after we updated to latest
   version, but I think it is just a coincidence, on our smaller site, with same
   plugins and version, everything is fine for now, I think it is because we reached
   some sort of a limit, can I reduce the execution some how?

 * Yes, you are correct! On checking the HTTP status, it’s HTTP 500.
 * The sitemap has a very large number of entries. This error is typically caused
   when the resources required to generate the sitemap are not available or the
   request is timing out due to the resource restrictions of the server environment.
   We would first recommend ensuring that the PHP settings for both _max\_execution\
   _time_ and _memory\_limit_ are set to a high enough value in the PHP environment.
   This setting is typically controlled by editing the values in a php.ini file
   such as in the following example:
 *     ```
       max_execution_time = 300
       memory_limit = 256M
       ```
 * If you aren’t sure how to change these settings in php.ini, we would recommend
   contacting your web hosting provider for additional assistance.
