Everything works well, but in the sitemap…

Possibly an issue in the sitemap module of Yoasts SEO plugin. I would recommend to ask in the plugins forum if other people with custom post types have similar problems.

Hi, If it helps I changed the slug and it works fine.
    2 things.
    1. You need to search for all references to one slug like “Knowledge Base” and replace all instances with your preferred one. Then you need to search for the Knowledge-Base and replace that too.

    2. Then disable seo in yoast for example and reset it again, that clears out the cache I think. Anyway thats how I did it and it works fine.

This is a very nice plugin and works perfectly doing exactly what it says

    1. I would strongly recommend not to change the plugin files. You would lose all your customizations within the next update.
    2. To change the encyclopedia slug you should use the “encyclopedia_types” filter.
    3. The problem with the wrong slug in the sitemap was solved by Yoast SEO a few months ago. There is no need to fix anything manually.
