SITEMAP not creating

    I has about 14000 posts, last day I remove the images options from sitemap, so it do not done, I remove all data of plugin and again install it, now I trying to create the sitemap but it sitemap but not sitemap.xml.gz
    On rebuilding it take lot of time more then 4-5 hrs
    any one had idea why it is happening
