Sitemap errors in Webmaster Tools – URL not allowed

    Im using the Yoast SEO plugin to generate xml sitemaps and Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin but Im getting errors in Google Webmaster Tools ‘URL not allowed’ this seems to be occurring on all the posts that I am redirecting to external sites using Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin.

    I’m a bit stuck I don’t want to stop using this plugin, any ideas how I could attempt to fix this issue? Surely other people also have this problem.
