 * Everything is working great with the feeds importing as ‘posts’. No problems
   or complaints.
 * Plus, I’m using the custom code (from here: [https://docs.themeisle.com/article/942-in-feedzy-how-do-i#link-post-title](https://docs.themeisle.com/article/942-in-feedzy-how-do-i#link-post-title))
so the links open their original source.
 * But … when the code is activated, it stops the sitemaps for ‘posts’ from being
made. I deactivate the code, sitemap is created. Re-activate the code, the sitemap
   is blank.
 * What do I need to add to the code to make the site map work too?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fsitemap-and-custom-code%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@ginabrass](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ginabrass/),
 * Thank you for using Feedzy.
 * I tried replicating this issue on my end but it didn’t occur.
 * I tested with the default WordPress sitemap, not with Yoast. So I can see URLs
generated on the sitemap (posts) for all the imported posts and IF I add that
function to change links to the original source URLs, I see in the sitemap the
same amount of links but they are leading to the original source website, not
   my website’s URL.
 * This is expected because WordPress uses those links attached to the posts, and
if we change them in the sitemap source URLs are also used.
 * If Yoast ignores them, it could be that their plugin has some exceptions and
they exclude URLs that are different than your website’s domain, but it would
be best to check with them if that could be changed.
