Jetpack provides backup and security services and comes with the WordPress.com Business plan per this article. Do you have these services enabled?

While their support may have more information regarding how to configure this, I’m curious if whitelisting your IP address in the Protect module will help: https://jetpack.com/support/protect/

We’ve seen something similar occur in a couple of other hosting environments for Analytics in particular, and the user whitelisting their IP address helped in those cases.

It does seem this message may be related to security features at WordPress.com/ Jetpack. For example a search for the 403 error pulled up examples like these:

If possible, could share the screenshot of the 403 error with the WP.com/ Jetpack support team to see if this is familiar?

@thecodebreaker I’m sending a quick follow up that we’re still suspecting some sort of firewall issue at WP.com. We’re working on getting in contact with them too and will follow up as soon as we know more.
