Hi @uihlein
Please show me your server configuration by go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> and press “Get debug info” and enable debug log mode,BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), after that run the job again and give me latest log file at BackWPUp -> Logs.
Also, is it possible for you to temproary downgrade PHP from 7.3 to older version like 7.2 then try run the job again?
Thank you!
Hello:
I have the two files that you have requested. Should I push them public or is there a way to send private. Not thrilled about posting my config on a public forum. I will test downgrading the php soon. I have restored my setting back to normal (pre-test).

Hi @uihlein
No worry, you can always hide the server full path in the log file( and actually the backup log is not sensitive at all), but please remove your site address in the log, and you can post it in pastebin
Hi:
Here is the pastebin link https://pastebin.com/S0nJ3t9n
If this does not work let me know.
Thank you for your guidance.
Mark
@uihlein
Checked the log file and see that the backup progress start from 8:50 to 9:11, about 20 min to create about 110mb backup archive, in previous host you said that the progress just take 2 min, so the previous host has better performance than current Siteground hosting, but actually it not matter much since I checked the log and see that the progress was run perfectly fine, you can check new backup file at Dropbox: /Hyperantique/backwpup_4Q57WDSP01_2019-02-18_08-50-04.zip
Hope my answer help you 😀
Thank you. Your answer does not surprise me. I have had other issues at the current hosting company so I suspected the performance was related to the host. Thanks for looking!
Hristo from SG here. What exactly do you mean by performance. Is there any setting that you require to be modified or something exact?
@uihlein
I think this ticket now can be marked as resolved so I’m going to close this here.
