Site wont work after wordpress transfer

So i transfered my wordpress site to a new server and domain name. I followed the instructions from here:

Since i dont care about the old site i used the “If You Don’t Care If Your Old Site Works”

I did everything as it said and followed all of the instructions but now the site wont load. I can access the wp-admin page and look over the pages and that all works but when i try to access the actuall sites it gives me an error. How can i fix this??? I updated the links in the setting/general area.
