    I’m trying the plugin before making purchase. Installation is fine but activate the plugin makes the site goes blank. I’ve searched and read a few posts with the identical problems. Tried all suggestions in those post and it’s still not working. Is there any other solution for this may I ask?

    1.) Are there any error messages that appear? If so, what do they say?
    2.) Could you try deactivating all plugins (besides ours) and see if it works? Or does it not make a difference?
    3.) Could you provide a link to your website so I can further diagnose the situation?
    4.) Could you temporarily try switching to the default WordPress theme Twenty Nineteen and see if it works?

    No error message whatsoever. Just blank white website (not just page). Sorry live business website so cannot deactivate other plugins as well as switching theme.

    To solve the issue, we need someway to debug it. Do you have a staging/demo site where we could recreate this issue?
