Site was Hacked, now it is says Error Establishing a Database Connection

I can’t even get to a log in screen to go into it. I had gone into it about 4 days ago and deleted the unknown users. sent a email to the google oracle? to see if they could kill the links. I could not find them on site. Asked friend who does this for a living for help. It never arrived. Today I found out that the system crashed. I do not know if I did something or what happened. My server (go daddy) shows it is up and running per their site. It shows as Error Establishing a Database Connection. I don’t know how to attempt to access through go daddy. Any advise on how to find my website. (using wordpress, of course)
