• Hi all,
I’ve looked around for an answer, but can’t quite figure this out. I’m a relative newbie. I have installed a Twenty Eleven child theme and the Yoast SEO plugin.

    My site is http://www.troupband.com

When I hover over an the website tab, the title and tagline show up twice:
    troup.|We’re on the f*%$ing radio.troup. | We’re on the f*%$ing radio.

Similar results when I search in Google:
    We’re on the f*%$ing radio.troup. | Official Troup Site. We’re on the f …
    http://www.troupband.com/
Troup official website. Debut album “Last Chance for Romance” available on iTunes now.

In Dashboard, under General Settings, I have:
    Site Title: troup.
Tagline: We’re on the f*&%ing radio.

    In Yoast SEO, I have:
    Homepage
    Title template:
    Meta description template:
Official Troup site. Debut album “Last Chance for Romance” available on iTunes now.

In Google, I want it to look like this:

troup. We’re on the f*&%ing radio.
    http://www.troupband.com
Official Troup site. Debut album “Last Chance for Romance” available on iTunes now.

I’ve tried clearing cache and reloading, but it still shows everything twice. I haven’t created any new files in my child theme yet.

    Appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!!!
