Site Title appears twice in Google search result

Hi
I am using most last WordPress and Yoast Seo Plugin.
But Site title (or Profile name) appears twice in SERP like below picture.

My configuration of Yoast is below
Checked Enable force rewrite titles
Post , Page
Title template : %%title%% – %%sitename%%Pleases let me know how do i fix that problem
