# Site timeout

 * Hi all.
 * Not sure if this is a issue with me or my site.
 * Let me explain, at random my website would time for my when i click on any link
   in the “orders” section, after timing out i would not be able to access the site
   at all for hours, unless i restart my modem, but the od thing is that it also
   stops me from access my other woocommerce site as well, all because of this one
   area.
 * If anyone has any ideas on why this might happen, would be great.

 * Consider updating your theme to the latest version. 2.0.5.
 * Maybe your server thinks its being attacked. Are there any clues in the server
   logs? If your server runs Apache / cPanel, these are available in the Logs section.
   Consider asking your hosts tech support if they can shed light on why you are
   being locked out.
 * Consider temporarily switching to the default TwentyFourteen theme to be able
   to rule out a theme specific issue. If this fixes the problem, consider asking
   your theme vendor for support. It looks like your theme is a commercial one and
   its cost includes for support.
 * The next debug step would be to deactivate your plugins except WooCommerce. If
   this fixes the problem, reactivate the plugins one-by one to try to find out 
   which one is causing the problem.
