 * For no reason, the Jetpack site stats have stopped loading, the following error
   message is showing where the stats should be:
 * >  User Agent: “Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like
   > Gecko) Chrome/93.0.4577.82 Safari/537.36”
   >  Page URL: “[https://edfoc.org.uk/****/admin.php?page=stats&noheader&#8221](https://edfoc.org.uk/****/admin.php?page=stats&noheader&#8221);
   > API URL: “[https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?noheader=true&proxy&page=stats&blog=********&charset=UTF-8&color=fresh&ssl=1&j=1:10.1&jp_lang=en_GB&#8221](https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?noheader=true&proxy&page=stats&blog=********&charset=UTF-8&color=fresh&ssl=1&j=1:10.1&jp_lang=en_GB&#8221);
   > http_request_failed: “cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has
   > expired”
 * Note that the SSL certificate has NOT expired and is correctly configured

 * Hi [@edfoc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/edfoc/)
 * It seems that your SSL certificate hasn’t expired yet, but it’s expiring soon
   in the next couple of days, so I’d suggest if you could re-issue a new one, or
   reach out to your host so they can get that sorted.
 * I’d also appreciate if you’ve sent a screenshot, and more information about when
   this started to happen, if it’s related to any recent changes you’ve made.
 * Looking forward to your reply!
 * Best,

 * The SSL certificate is renewed annually, and is currently valid, so why should
   it need bringing forward?
 * The problem started this morning, and I hadn’t made any recent changes.

 * I have now replaced the old SSL certificate with a Let’s Encrypt cert which expires
   on the 28 December 2021, so it is definitely valid, but the issue continues.

 * The problem has now been resolved, it turned out that GoDaddy had messed up the
   implementation of the SSL certificate.
