 * Suddenly my JetPack statistics stopped working. Tried a reinstall, updated WordPress
   but no luck.
 * **It gives me the following message:**
    We couldn’t reach your statistics, please
   contact our support and send the following message with it.
 * User Agent: “Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; CPU OS 11_1_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/604.3.5(
   KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0 Mobile/15B202 Safari/604.1”

 * Hi there! We’re getting a persistent timeout error in the connection to Jetpack
   that’s causing the broken link to your stats. This can indicate either limiting
   on your XML-RPC file or a slow server.
 * Can you contact your host and check to see if they’re blocking or limiting incoming
   and outgoing connections over XML-RPC?
 * If they can confirm that there are no limits in place, it could be related to
   performance issues with your server. Can you ask that they look into that also?
 * If not, there may be another plugin that you have installed that is conflicting
   with Jetpack. Let’s rule that out as well.
 * Let us know how that goes.

 * Thanks for your reply. I’ll check my other plugins and my host to see if one 
   of those are the problem.
