Site showing up as HTML if anything

Hi

My site smacademia.net16.net (usually under http://www.smacademia.com)is not working properly.

It either doesn’t load, or loads at “bare” html with no theme really, no CSS, no java or anything. The formatting is all wrong.]

I tried exporting the database and reuploading in another wordpress installation, but the same thing happened on that installation, leading em to conclude it’s something wrong with that, not the server.

If anyone can help it will be hugely appreciated.
